Hey! I was looking thru some old papers & came across your name from our time doing CPE @ UCLA with Beth Boyd et al,...& I wondered to myself,"what happened to Charlene?" ...I didn't recall ever knowing what church tradition you came from,or your hometown etc ...so I had no idea where you might be or what you might be doing,...all I remembered is your first & last name & so I googled it & you popped right up,although who knows what is current about anybody,right? But I thought Id try this email...see if its you or another Charlene Z who just happens to be involved in ministry.
If its you & u are in hawaii,I'm jealous! I went to college there by the way,back in the day I attended Chaminade,right next to UH. I remember playing basketball over there at our next door neighbor school.
Anyways,I hope all is well. After CPE I finished my M.Div @ Fuller,and started my own ministry of sorts & continue to bring the good news to the world,with the help of others. I'm still in southern Cal,hanging in there.

based on my semester in spain @ chaminade university of honolulu in 1986...one of the most outstanding and liberating experiences of my life..by keeping it short (one semester) i kept it "fresh" forever...i left because it was "too good to be true" and wanted to keep it that way in my mind forever..i lived in hale pua dorm , ron foo was my roommate...ed durkin became a friend among others
